We are seeking a dynamic and results -driven Mid -Level OperationsExecutive to join our client's expanding advertising agency. The idealcandidate will have a strong background in backend operations, with expertisein both programmatic platforms and traditional media. In this role, you willplay a key part in ensuring the efficient execution of advertising campaignsacross multiple channels.Key Responsibilities:v  Manage daily operations ofprogrammatic advertising platforms, including campaign setup, optimization, andreporting.v  Monitor campaign performance and makeadjustments to maximize ROI.v  Collaborate with data analysts toevaluate campaign data and identify trends.v  Oversee logistics and execution oftraditional media campaigns, including TV, radio, and print.v  Coordinate with media partners toensure timely delivery and placement of ads.v  Track campaign performance and keymetrics.v  Develop and implement efficientprocesses to streamline workflows and boost productivity.v  Troubleshoot operational issues andprovide timely solutions.v  Ensure compliance with industrystandards and regulations.v  Mentor junior team members byproviding guidance and support.v  Collaborate with cross -functionalteams to ensure smooth project execution. RequirementsQualifications:v  Bachelor's degree in Advertising,Marketing, or a related field.v  3 -5 years of experience in advertisingoperations, with a strong focus on programmatic platforms.v  In -depth knowledge of programmaticadvertising concepts, technologies, and platforms.v  Experience in traditional mediaplanning and execution.v  Strong analytical skills with theability to interpret data effectively.v  Excellent project management andorganizational skills.v  Proficiency in tools such as GoogleAds, DoubleClick, and Adobe Analytics.v  Strong communication and interpersonalskills.Desired Skills:v  Experience with data visualizationtools like Tableau or Power BI.v  Understanding of digital marketingtrends and emerging technologies.v  Ability to thrive in a fast -paced,deadline -driven environment.LOCATION: AllenAvenue Ikeja, Lagos REMUNERATION: N200k - N220k MonthlymMODE OF WORK: On -Site
