Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.Maintain accurate records including student records, attendance, and staff information.Assist in coordinating school events and meetings including scheduling, logistics, and communication.Assist in managing school facilities and equipment, including maintenance, inventory, and procurement of supplies.Handle financial transactions, including processing invoices, petty cash management, and reconciling expenses.Assist in communicating with parents, students, and external stakeholders, providing information and assistance as needed.
