JOB SUMMARY

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets. Familiarity with the industry and market trends.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are curating a database of Business Development Managers (across all levels) to be our first contact for placements with our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving the growth of our company.Key Duties Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction. Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities. Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones. Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to provide clients with valuable insights and solutions.
