Job Description

  • The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market share for our travel agency.
  • This role will involve developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Track sales performance, identify trends, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers and clients.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management within the travel industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of various travel destinations and packages.
  • Experience in digital marketing and social media.
