JOB description: Manage and respond to inquiries to all Online and Offline customers.
- Attend to walk-in customers with their purchases.
- Operate the sales system for order processing and inventory management.
- Package items appropriately for dispatch and facilitate the order process, including pickup or delivery arrangements.
- Issue invoices, including delivery fees, and send company account details for payment.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in using social media platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram).
- Basic knowledge of inventory management.
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
