Client Relationship Manager

Manage client relationships and sales processes from initial contact to post-sale support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing client and sales databases, ensuring data accuracy and updating information regularly.
  • Handling sales documentation accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collecting, managing, and documenting client feedback, inquiries, and complaints.
  • Addressing client concerns and escalating issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
  • Facilitating communication between clients and realtors, responding to inquiries and providing project updates.
  • Communicating project updates with clients and realtors at least once every month.
  • Handling the purchase process, including documentation and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in client services, customer support, or related role preferably in real estate industry.
  • Certification in customer relations, customer services, or similar would be advantageous.

Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in client services, sales, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
  • Ability to keep updated on new developments in the field of client services.
  • Excellent interpersonal and recordkeeping skills.
