JOB SUMMARY
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.Proven experience in customer service or relationship management roles.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.Collaborate with the production team, inventory manager and architects to ensure seamless delivery.Address issues to prevent escalations.Identify opportunities for additional sales within existing customers and pursue them.Prepare regular reports on customer feedback and satisfaction metrics.Convert leads into active clients.Stay updated on product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries.
