Responsibilities
- Receive phone calls and handle them professionally
- Writing letters , Filing, photocopying all office documentation
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Respond to enquiries on travel consultations
Requirements
- HND/B.Sc in any relevant field of study
- 1- 2 years of experience as a secretary or similar role
- Communication skills and multi-task
- Knowledge in the use of Microsoft word, Excel and Power point is an added advantage.
