REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales.
- Proven track record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the consulting or professional services industry.
- Experience working with clients in the public sector is required. Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
