JOB SUMMARY

A Bachelor's Degree in Office Administration or a related field is preferredProven experience with flight booking is preferred3-5 years of experienceProximity to the island is preferredMale Candidates are preferredPrior experience using spreadsheet software, including ExcelProven experience being able to handle multiple tasks at the same timeNotable organizational skills and the ability to provide organization and structure that others can followStrong communication skills and the willingness to make phone calls, emails, and other communications with clientsComfortable working independently when needed,or as part of a teamKnowledge of the use of standard office equipment, such as fax machines, modern phone systems, and copy machines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Organizing and managing schedules and calendars for staff, managers, and senior-level officersReceiving and processing communication channels, including email, phone, and physical mailAssisting the human resources department with payroll and personnel databasesConferring with the accounting department to help make payments, process incoming invoices, and verify receiptsEnsure functionality of necessary office equipment,and requisition new equipment and supplies as neededCreating reports and memos for managers and senior-level officers as neededOffer assistance in organizing events, including ordering materials and requisitioning meeting spacesAttend meetings and record notes and messages for managers and senior-level officers

REQUIRED SKILLS

Written communication, Office administration, management, Office supplies management, Travel planning and reservations (leisure, business)

REQUIRED EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree
