As our Growth and User Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a key role in expanding WhooshNG’s reach and impact by:

1. Developing and Executing Growth Strategies

Creating and implementing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Identifying and prioritizing new customer segments, channels, and market opportunities.
Launching growth-driven campaigns to increase website traffic and customer conversions.
Continuously monitoring and optimizing initiatives for measurable success.

2. Driving User Acquisition

Planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital platforms (social media, paid ads, SEO, and email marketing).
Collaborating with the marketing team to develop engaging and impactful content.
Building strategic partnerships with vendors, agents, and influencers to expand WhooshNG’s presence.
Analyzing acquisition funnels to identify and implement improvements.

3. Leveraging Data for Insights

Interpreting user data to understand behavior, preferences, and trends.
Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to refine growth strategies.
Utilizing data insights to enhance marketing campaigns and overall user experience.

4. Boosting Retention and Engagement

Implementing retention initiatives such as loyalty programs, personalized messaging, and special offers.
Collaborating with customer support to resolve pain points and enhance satisfaction.
Developing targeted strategies to increase repeat usage and minimize churn.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partnering with product, operations, and marketing teams to align on growth objectives.
Managing relationships with external agencies and partners to ensure seamless execution.
