HubSpot CRM Marketing Analyst

Job Summary:
The HubSpot CRM + Marketing Analyst is responsible for managing customer relationships using HubSpot CRM, while analyzing marketing data to support sales and marketing strategies. This role will focus on optimizing CRM workflows, tracking key marketing metrics, and providing actionable insights to drive lead generation, improve campaign effectiveness, and enhance customer retention.
Key Responsibilities:
HubSpot CRM Management
Administer and optimize the HubSpot CRM platform, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Set up and manage contact segmentation, lead scoring, and automated workflows to improve lead management and sales conversions.
Train and support sales and marketing teams in using HubSpot’s CRM functionalities.
Data Analysis and Reporting
Analyze data from HubSpot CRM and marketing campaigns to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation, conversion rates, customer lifetime value (CLV), and campaign ROI.
Identify trends and patterns in customer behavior and recommend improvements for customer engagement and retention.
Marketing Campaign Analysis
Track and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns (email, social media, content marketing, etc.) within HubSpot.
Monitor the impact of marketing efforts on lead acquisition, nurturing, and conversion rates.
Collaborate with the marketing team to A/B test campaigns, landing pages, email sequences, and content strategies.
Lead Generation and Nurturing
Develop and execute strategies for lead generation through HubSpot’s marketing automation tools.
Optimize landing pages, CTAs, and forms to improve lead capture and conversion.
Use workflows and segmentation to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.
Sales and Marketing Alignment
Ensure alignment between the sales and marketing teams by facilitating smooth lead handoffs and tracking sales performance.
Provide insights to improve collaboration between teams, helping both functions meet their goals more effectively.
Customer Retention and Upsell Analysis
Analyze customer data to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer behavior and interactions.
Work with the customer success and sales teams to implement strategies for improving customer retention and reducing churn.
CRM Data Quality and Process Improvement
Regularly audit CRM data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
Suggest and implement process improvements for more efficient use of HubSpot CRM across teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in CRM management, marketing analysis, or similar roles.
Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, including workflows, reporting, and marketing automation.
Strong understanding of marketing metrics and ability to analyze data to drive decision-making.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, or HubSpot reporting tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights to non-technical stakeholders.
