Key Responsibilities:
• Provide general administrative support to the office and team members.
• Manage office schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
• Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents.
• Maintain office supplies and handle inventory management.
• Support team operations to ensure smooth workflow and office functionality.

Requirements:
• Minimum of a Diploma in Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within the real estate sector.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
