The Sales Executive - FMCG role at BLAKSKILL LIMITED is a dynamic opportunity for a sales professional to drive growth and expansion in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling high-quality cashew products across designated territories, fostering strong relationships with customers, and ensuring product visibility in stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by identifying new sales opportunities within assigned territories.
- Ensure product availability in retail outlets, supermarkets, or distributor warehouses.
- Expand customer base by onboarding new distributors, retailers, or other clients.
- Conduct regular store visits to identify new opportunities and execute promotional activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing stores and key accounts.
Requirements:
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive with at least 3 years of solid experience in the FMCG industry.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
