Key Responsibilities

The Office Operations Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the front desk, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and addressing complaints
  • Coordinating the receipt and distribution of mail, packages, and emails
  • Preparing outgoing mail, securing parcels, and monitoring office supplies
  • Maintaining accurate records and files, and monitoring office expenses
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a front desk or administrative position
  • Familiarity with office equipment and software, including MS Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
