Sales Leadership Professional for FMCG Sector

A leading FMCG company is seeking an experienced Sales Leadership Professional to oversee field sales operations in a specified geographic region. The ideal candidate will have progressive experience as a regional sales manager in the FMCG sector and a proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
Key Responsibilities:- Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives.
- Support Store Managers with day-to-day store operation.
- Evaluate store and individual performances.
- Report on regional sales results.
- Plan and execute sales activities, reviewing sales data and creating reports for senior-level officers.
- Forecast quarterly and annual profits.
- Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople.
- Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility.
- HND/BSc with relevant certification in business management, marketing or any related field; postgraduate qualification is a plus.
- A minimum of 5-8 years of FMCG sales experience, specifically in a tomato paste company, is required.
- Experience as a Regional Sales Manager in the FMCG sector is preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
- Market, industry and competitive knowledge.
- Good knowledge of strategic sales planning and managing the sales process.

Salary:£60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
