Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Regional Sales Manager to oversee field sales operations in a designated geographic region for our client in the FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and implement regional sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Support Store Managers with day-to-day store operations, including performance evaluation and feedback.
  • Analyze regional market trends, identify new opportunities for growth, and develop customer plans to increase sales volume and distribution.
  • Develop and execute quarterly and annual profit forecasts, and analyze budget reports for the area of responsibility.
Requirements
  • HND/BSc with relevant certification in business management, marketing or any related field; postgraduate qualification is a plus.
  • A minimum of 5-8 years of FMCG sales experience, specifically in a tomato paste company, is required. Experience as a Regional Sales Manager in the FMCG sector is preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales quotas, good knowledge of strategic sales planning and managing the sales process.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include opportunities for professional growth and development within a dynamic organization.
