Job Responsibilities Include:
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing stores and key accounts.
  • Ensuring proper placement and display of products in stores.
  • Participating in promotional campaigns and in-store branding/activations.
  • Monitoring competitor activities and providing feedback to the team.
  • Managing a designated sales territory, ensuring effective coverage, planning daily/weekly routes to maximize time and effort, and optimizing the use of resources to cover territory effectively.

Requirements:
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, strong negotiation and persuasion skills, ability to analyze sales performance and recommend strategies for improvement, solid understanding of sales techniques and pipeline management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
