
Senior Sales Consultant

WorkNigeria is a leading provider of asset management services. We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Direct Sales Agent.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets. This will involve identifying, prospecting, and converting new clients for asset management services.
In addition to sales skills, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and relationship-building skills. They will be able to build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Identify, prospect, and convert new clients for asset management services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
To be considered for this role, applicants must have a minimum of 6 months of DSA experience in the banking or insurance industry. A degree in any related field is also required.
Achieving success in this role requires strong sales skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
