Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Dexnova Consulting Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the Lagos region.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and market research.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to increase sales and revenue.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to customers and stakeholders to promote our products and services.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Electronics Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4-7 years of post-qualification experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the batteries or inverter industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the Lagos market and sales landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets and goals.
Remuneration:

N350,000 monthly, depending on experience and qualifications, plus commission and performance bonuses on meeting agreed revenue targets.
