Tech Sales Specialist

Role OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the digital products industry, and a deep understanding of the tech education market.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, effectively communicating the value proposition of our Tech courses to prospective clients.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional products or services to existing clients, driving revenue growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Customer Feedback Collection and Analysis: Gather customer feedback to improve product offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the digital products industry.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong understanding of the tech education market and its trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales enablement tools.
- Experience selling Tech courses or related educational products.
- A competitive salary and commission structure: ₤500,000 - ₤700,000 per annum.
