Senior Sales Business Developer

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Senior Account Executive to drive revenue growth and expand partnerships with medium to large insurers and brokers across Sub-Saharan Africa.
About the RoleThis key position focuses on building and managing a pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets, as well as closing deals with insurers and brokers. The successful candidate will oversee the full sales cycle with support from senior leadership.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or tech solutions for financial services, and experience managing multi-country sales in Sub-Saharan Africa. Proficiency in consultative selling and strong communication, analytical, and time management skills are essential.
