We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Overview

Fort Knox Outsourcing is seeking dynamic individuals to join our sales team as Real Estate Sales Agents.

This role is remote, but you must reside in Lagos. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for generating leads, scheduling property viewings, providing comprehensive information about properties, negotiating and closing sales deals, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Generate leads through various channels including referrals, networking, and online platforms.
  2. Schedule property viewings with potential clients.
  3. Provide comprehensive information about properties to prospective buyers.
  4. Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve high sales targets.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree (or related) with 2-5 years relevant work experience. They should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, be self-motivated and results-oriented, have excellent negotiation and closing skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have basic computer skills.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including 780k fixed salary and 420k bonus (per year). Additionally, we offer a 10% commission on sales deals.
