Travel Sales Representative

GIG MOBILITY seeks a seasoned Travel Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling airline tickets, accommodations, insurance and other travel services.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and sell travel packages that meet client needs and preferences.
- Cooperate with clients to determine their travel requirements and provide personalized recommendations on destinations, modes of transportation, and travel dates.
- Provide clients with relevant information, brochures, and publications to enhance their travel experience.
- Book airline tickets, make hotel reservations, and process payments.
- Utilize promotional techniques to sell tour packages and increase revenue.
- Address client complaints, refunds, and travel-related issues in a professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest tourism trends by attending industry seminars and workshops.
- Manage client data and maintain accurate records.
- Network with tour operators to expand our business partnerships.
To succeed as a Travel Sales Executive at GIG MOBILITY, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Travel Agent or in a related field.
- Excellent knowledge of computer reservation systems and e-traveling platforms.
- Fluency in English; multilingualism is highly valued.
- Strong sales and commercial awareness skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate, negotiate, and interact with clients.
- Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends.
- Relevant degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business, or a related field.
- Personal travel experience is an advantage.
