Financial Sales and Network Development Representative

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Firstmonie Field Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new Firstmonie Agents, managing existing Agent relationships, and driving the growth of our Agent network.
Key Responsibilities- Agent Onboarding: Identify and onboard new Firstmonie Agents, ensuring they have the necessary tools and support to succeed.
- Agent Management: Manage existing Agent relationships, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Network Growth: Grow our Agent network by identifying new opportunities and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Customer Acquisition: Identify and onboard new customers, ensuring they have a seamless onboarding experience.
- Account Funding: Ensure that opened accounts are funded promptly and efficiently.
- Wallet Enrollment: Enroll new customers on wallets, ensuring they have access to our range of financial products.
- Education: B.Sc or HND (Second Class Lower & Upper Credit minimum)
- Sales and Networking Skills: Strong flair for sales and excellent networking skills.
- Negotiation and Communication Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
