As Ecoflow's Regional Sales Director, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and market expansion through effective sales management and customer relationship building. This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, manage sales teams, and build strong relationships with key clients and channel partners.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the energy storage industry, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively. They will also possess a proven track record in maintaining established client relationships, managing sales teams, and delivering results-driven sales strategies.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing annual/monthly sales plans, identifying and maintaining channel partners, and coordinating end-to-end processes such as pre-sales, delivery, installation, commissioning, and after-sales services. You will also conduct regular market research, adjust sales strategies based on market feedback, and monitor strategy implementation and provide timely updates on outcomes.

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can lead our sales strategy and operations in designated regions.
