Senior Business Development Manager for Insurance Partnerships

At LD&D Consulting, we are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Enterprise Senior Account Executive. This role is responsible for building and expanding partnerships with medium to large insurers and brokers across Sub-Saharan Africa.
About the RoleWe offer a competitive compensation package of ₦800,000 NET monthly, including HMO, Pension, and Leave Allowance. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or tech solutions for financial services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Executing outbound sales campaigns to expand market presence in the region.
- Building and managing a pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Closing deals with insurers and brokers, consistently meeting sales quotas.
- Oversight of the full sales cycle with support from senior leadership.
- Serving as the primary client contact for meetings, demos, and POCs.
- Maintaining detailed CRM records and providing regular sales reports.
- Gathering and sharing market feedback to improve product offerings.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or tech solutions for financial services.
- Experience managing multi-country sales in Sub-Saharan Africa.
- Proficiency in consultative selling; familiarity with MEDDIC is a plus.
- Strong communication, analytical, and time management skills.
- Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and organized.
