Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of achieving sales targets, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing effective business strategies to drive growth and expansion
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through research, networking, and marketing initiatives
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to track progress and achieve sales targets

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include:

  • Weekly reports on key issues and challenges
  • Number of attendees at presentations and events
  • Preparation of articles within 72 hours of publication
  • Number of attendances to forums based on relevance of the topic
  • Impact on HIFU center i.e enquiries for HIFU
  • Number of attendees at Facebook live events

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth and development.
