- Prepare and present periodic investment update reports
- Investor Relationship Management:
- Build, sort, and maintain investor databases
- Conduct site inspections and organize tours of franchisors' outlets
- Manage franchise investment advisory retainership agreements
- Broker Recruitment and Development:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard brokers to promote franchise sales
- Provide training and onboarding to recruited-brokers
- Engage and support brokers to ensure productivity and alignment with organizational goals
Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in business development
- Proven track record of achieving business development targets
- MBA degree or equivalent postgraduate qualification
