Key Responsibilities
  • Franchise Sales and Investment Management:
    • Manage new and existing leads to drive sales of franchise investments
    • Provide advisory support to prospective investors
    • Serve as account officer for designated franchise brands
    • Prepare and present periodic investment update reports
  • Investor Relationship Management:
    • Build, sort, and maintain investor databases
    • Conduct site inspections and organize tours of franchisors' outlets
    • Manage franchise investment advisory retainership agreements
  • Broker Recruitment and Development:
    • Identify, recruit, and onboard brokers to promote franchise sales
    • Provide training and onboarding to recruited-brokers
    • Engage and support brokers to ensure productivity and alignment with organizational goals

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in business development
  • Proven track record of achieving business development targets
  • MBA degree or equivalent postgraduate qualification
