Job Description
The Head of Business Growth and Partnerships will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing strategic partnerships, and overseeing daily banking operations at Blakskill Limited.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective business strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including businesses, fintech firms, and local communities.
- Oversee the development and implementation of digital financial solutions, including agent banking and merchant acquiring.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure optimal team results.
- Collaborate with internal control teams to mitigate fraud risks and enforce financial controls.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in business development, banking operations, and sales, preferably in microfinance or fintech.
- Strong knowledge of agent banking, merchant acquiring, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
