Overview

We are seeking a Head of Revenue Development to join our team at Blakskill Limited. As a senior sales leader, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building a strong sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns.

Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field is required. At least 5 years of experience in sales leadership within the FMCG sector or banking, fintech is necessary. Strong understanding of merchant acquiring, digital banking and financial services is required. A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets is essential.
