About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth in our telecom sales division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for protecting existing revenue streams, securing new revenue opportunities within our existing client base, and expanding our presence in Abuja.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in business development, with a proven track record of success in achieving sales targets. You will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve set revenue growth through strategic sales planning and execution
  • Develop and implement plans to expand relationships with existing clients
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service delivery
  • Work closely with the business development team to share knowledge, discuss ideas, and achieve targets
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Sales, or related discipline
  • At least 3 years' experience in a b2b sales environment with a consistent track record of success
  • Excellent Microsoft Office suite competence, including CRM and Visio
  • Exemplary communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization
