Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced sales manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a sales manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive product awareness, demand, and sales.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sales plans align with business objectives.
* Analyze sales data to inform sales strategies and optimize product performance.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, to drive customer loyalty.
* Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand our customer base.

Requirements:
* Seven years of experience in sales management with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
* Excellent communication skills (oral and written) to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
* Strong analytical skills to analyze complex sales data and inform sales strategies.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet business objectives.
