**Job Overview**

Ascentech Services Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Manager to lead our marine and protective coatings business. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent sales skills.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and recruit marine and protective coatings customers for the business.
  • Liaise with the sales planning team to generate orders.
  • Ensure proper documentation in processing all Key Marine Customers Accounts orders.
  • Monitor customer performance and advise management on actions to take when deviations occur.
  • Prepare monthly reports capturing the entire performance of the marine segment.
  • Provide timely reports and information to support strategic tactical decisions.

**Requirements**

  • BSc. Chemistry or Petroleum & Gas Engineering degree.
  • 6 Years' working experience.
  • Proven performance record of sales and technical consulting in the marine and protective coating industry.
  • Strong supervisory, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team building skills.
