Job Summary:
We are recruiting a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth in the solar energy, home appliances, and mobile phone markets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the solar energy, home appliances, and mobile phone markets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
Requirements:
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the solar energy, home appliances, or mobile phone sectors, is required. The successful candidate must have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth, as well as strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are also essential. Ability to travel frequently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is required.
Salary and Benefits:
N450,000 monthly
