About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  1. Work closely with the Global Head of Sales to achieve sales targets and business objectives, utilizing your expertise to drive results.
  2. Collaborate with logistics to ensure efficient order management and timely delivery, adhering to company policies.
  3. Coordinate meetings, preparing agendas, recording action items, and compiling relevant materials to facilitate productive discussions.
  4. Produce high-quality correspondence, confidential communications, presentations, and policy documents, leveraging your writing skills.
  5. Monitor customer data, verifying its accuracy in customer profiles and account balances to inform business strategies.
  6. Compile sales data and price surveys, generating regular reports for management review to drive informed decision-making.
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in customer service and relationship management, with a focus on building long-term customer relationships.
  • Presentation and data analysis skills to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Effective problem-solving and analytical abilities to navigate complex sales challenges.
  • A first degree or equivalent in Chemistry, providing a solid foundation for success in this role.
