Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Global Head of Sales with assigned sales and business development tasks, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Manage customer orders effectively, liaising with logistics to guarantee timely delivery in line with company policies.
  • Provide administrative support for meetings, including preparing agendas, recording action items, and compiling relevant materials to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Draft correspondence, confidential communications, presentations, and policy documents independently, showcasing exceptional written communication skills.
  • Analyze customer data monthly, verifying accuracy in customer profiles and account balances to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Compile sales data and price surveys, generating periodic reports for management review to drive data-driven insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Exhibit proficiency in customer service and relationship management, building long-term partnerships with customers.
  • Display presentation and data analysis skills to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Showcase effective problem-solving and analytical abilities to navigate complex sales challenges.
  • Hold a first degree or equivalent in Chemistry, providing a solid foundation for success in this role.
