About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing professional support to our organization, ensuring seamless operations, and maintaining a positive impression for our visitors and clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming guests, clients, and customers with a friendly demeanor and efficient check-in process.
  • Providing accurate information, handling inquiries, and answering visitor questions in a professional manner.
  • Handling incoming calls, directing them to relevant departments, and taking messages when required.
  • Responding promptly to emails and correspondence while upholding high standards of professionalism.
  • Scheduling appointments, confirming meetings, and managing room bookings in a timely and organized fashion.
  • Maintaining accurate calendars for meetings and events to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, document preparation, and other duties as assigned.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate completion of all administrative-related tasks.
  • Maintaining the reception area's cleanliness, organization, and presentation at all times.
  • Monitoring office supplies and ensuring their availability as needed.
  • Maintaining visitor logs, appointment records, and administrative activity reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Management Science or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering excellent results.
  • Experience in the solar industry and customer support would be an added advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor with a focus on helping others.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently without compromising quality.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and scheduling tools.
  • Ability to resolve unexpected situations and issues effectively.
  • Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
