Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Office Assistant/Cleaner to support our team at Torydoes Nigeria Limited, a leading out-of-home (OOH) advertising firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized office environment while supporting administrative operations as needed.
Position Overview:The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced work environment. They will be responsible for ensuring all office spaces, including workstations, meeting rooms, restrooms, and common areas, are cleaned and well-maintained daily.
Main Responsibilities:- Cleaning and Maintenance:
- Ensure all office spaces are cleaned and well-maintained daily.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling according to company policies.
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Office Support:
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and delivering documents within the office.
- Support staff with errands and office-related requests as needed.
- Ensure the office is organized and supplies are readily available, including stocking stationery and refreshments.
- Hospitality Duties:
- Prepare and serve beverages to staff and guests as required.
- Ensure the reception and meeting areas are welcoming and presentable.
- Logistical Support:
- Assist in the arrangement of office furniture and equipment when needed.
- Support the team with occasional errands outside the office, such as picking up supplies.
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a cleaner, office assistant, or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize work.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- BASIC understanding of office equipment and supplies.
- Physically fit and capable of handling cleaning and light lifting duties.
