Sales Development Representative

Ralds and Agate Limited is a dynamic organization seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a primary point of contact for potential and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales approaches and improve overall performance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions in our CRM system to optimize sales processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products or services, staying up-to-date on features, benefits, and pricing to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, supplemented by 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in service-based B2B environments.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) software and its applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and senior management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions.
- A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
