Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a primary point of contact for potential and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales approaches and improve overall performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions in our CRM system to optimize sales processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products or services, staying up-to-date on features, benefits, and pricing to effectively communicate value to customers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, supplemented by 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in service-based B2B environments.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) software and its applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and senior management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
