Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team and drive business growth through strategic sales planning and execution.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company targets. This includes generating leads, providing clients with detailed information about properties, scheduling property viewings, negotiating terms, and closing sales transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and various sales channels.
- Provide clients with detailed information about properties and the buying process.
- Schedule and conduct property viewings with potential buyers.
- Negotiate terms and close sales transactions.
- Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth transaction processes.
