Promethean Consulting Limited is a dynamic organization seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Secretary. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support, manage social media platforms, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings efficiently.
  • Maintain and update records, files, and correspondence in a timely manner.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication effectively.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as required.
  • Plan, create, and schedule posts on various social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media accounts, engage with followers, and respond to inquiries.
  • Track social media analytics and generate performance reports.
  • Collaborate with the team to implement marketing campaigns.
  • Stay updated with social media trends and suggest strategies for audience engagement.
  • Proficiently use office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
  • Handle basic graphic design tools for content creation (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience of 2 years in a secretarial or administrative role.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Proficiency in office software and social media management tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with basic graphic design and content creation tools is a plus.
  • Any Bachelor's degree or diploma, in any field.
