Fortebet NG is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fortebet Operator to join our team. This role involves managing customer transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail banking services.
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bets.
- Provide exceptional customer service in-person, addressing customer queries and resolving complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Monitor and report any suspicious activity or potential security threats.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Minimum of B.Sc/HND/OND.
- Able to work with computers and smart devices.
- Basic salary: 100k (probation period), 120k (after probation)
