Job Title: Telemarketer

As a sales professional, you will be responsible for selling the company's products and services by calling prospective clients. You may also be conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.

You will work closely with marketing executives to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Your day will be mostly spent making outbound calls to persuade clients to purchase the company's product or service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Executing online sales activities to meet company sales objectives
  • Delivering engaging and confident presentations about our company and its services
  • Making inbound and outbound calls to sell our services; responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Developing and implementing a systematic strategy to identify, acquire, and retain prospective clients
  • Liaising with partners and stakeholders to expand business relationships
  • Ensuring that all customers receive the best possible experience and addressing their needs
  • Developing and managing training schedules for sales team members
  • Communicating with customers via phone, email, and other platforms
  • Determining sales forecasts and projections based on market trends and competitor analysis
