Business Development Executive

We are seeking a dynamic business development executive to join our team at Topton Global Consult Limited, a digital marketing and advertising agency in Lagos.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating, nurturing, and closing new business opportunities. This role requires someone with a strong background in B2B sales who is skilled in using email, phone, and other communication tools to engage with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- B2B Sales: Identify and target potential business clients, build relationships, and close sales to meet company revenue targets.
- Pitching & Presentations: Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches and presentations tailored to client needs, ensuring clear communication of our value proposition.
- Event Representation: Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and conferences, showcasing our offerings and networking with potential clients and partners.
- Lead Generation: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective B2B marketing strategies, campaigns, and content that drive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on sales activities, campaign performance, and client feedback, using insights to optimize future strategies.
