Job Description:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Key responsibilities include negotiating deals, arranging meetings with potential clients, preparing presentations on products and services, generating leads through networking and marketing initiatives, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
* Bsc/HND in Marketing, Business Administration
* 3-4 years of experience in Manufacturing Sales
* Fluency in English
* Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM software is advantageous
* Strong understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques
* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
* Excellent presentation skills
