Job Overview

This role requires an individual who can identify and establish business relationships, develop networks, and work on generating lists of prospective clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to provide top-notch customer service, and maintain high levels of customer interface.

Responsibilities

  1. Establish business relationships with new clients and develop networks in the website design, digital marketing, and SMEs space.
  2. Work on generating lists of prospective clients and enlighten them on the benefits of having a strong online presence.
  3. Use product and industry knowledge to maximize potential clients and manage existing clients effectively.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service delivery to clients and maintain high levels of customer interface.
  5. Maintain a high level of social media presence at events to enhance the brand's reputation in the digital marketing industry.
  6. Prepare pre and post-call memos and carry out any other assignments delegated by the Team Lead.

Requirements

  • A minimum age requirement of 20 years old.
  • The ability to work with a fixed monthly income and commissions on sales.
