Mekheirs Management Services is a reputable organization seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Facilities Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for all staff.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating facility maintenance activities, managing budgets, and supervising a team of maintenance personnel. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify and resolve maintenance issues, develop and implement energy-saving initiatives, and maintain accurate records of facility maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate facility maintenance activities, including scheduling repairs, replacing equipment, and performing routine maintenance tasks* Manage facility budgets, track expenses, and ensure compliance with financial policies* Supervise a team of maintenance personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback* Develop and implement energy-saving initiatives to reduce costs and improve efficiency* Maintain accurate records of facility maintenance activities, including repair requests, work orders, and inventory management* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve maintenance issues* Develop and implement emergency response plans to ensure business continuity* Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field* 3-5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a leadership role* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills* Ability to manage multiple priorities, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines* Strong analytical and technical skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis* Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office and facility management systems* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and regulations* Certification in facilities management or a related field is an asset
