
Business Development and Relationship Expert

This Strategic Account Manager position is designed for experienced professionals who want to take their career to the next level. What You Will Do
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
Build and maintain comprehensive understanding of client needs and preferences
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms that meet the needs of both parties
Provide timely and accurate reporting on key account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to management and internal stakeholders
Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding the scope of services or products offered to key accounts
Maintain detailed records of interactions, transactions, and communications with key accounts in CRM systems or databases
You Will Need
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline
5+ years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success
Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with ability to think critically and creatively
Proficiency with ERP Next or similar application, as well as experience with ticketing systems and e-commerce platforms
Understanding of Large Language Models (LLM) and ability to leverage them to drive business growth
Capable of establishing process design with maximum automation and flexible working hours (±4 hours CET)
