Job Description

BLAKSKILL LIMITED is looking for a highly skilled Head of Business Development and Expansion to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned business professional to lead our business development and expansion efforts, driving growth through strategic partnerships and revenue optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and revenue optimization.
  • Manage both new and existing leads to strategically drive the sales of franchise and distributorship investments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and franchise partners to drive innovation in franchise/distributorship investment promotions and operations.
  • Plan, organize, and execute high-impact investment and networking events, such as Franchise Matchmaking Forums, Business Exhibitions, Investor's Forums, report launches, and breakfast meetings.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in business development.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding business development targets.
  • A Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
  • Strong experience in business development and HNI relationship management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
